Pacific Web Works/Eauction Success Watch Your Money - Company Setups as Legit, But It's A Scam.. Salt Lake City Utah

As I told the guy at Pacific WebWorks that I'd start off my ripoff report with this: This is my fault, I should have read the Terms and Agreement. I take full responsibility for that. They didn't rip me off, I gave them my money.

With that said, let me tell you this: Any legit company that actually wants their business to prosper will be up front with it's would-be customers, because they want their customers happy. Pacific Works is not one of those companies.

I believe Pacific Works is set up not to do business, but to make it's income by generating monies from all of us consumers that routinely just click the Terms and Condtion box without reading it. Because if it wasn't, they would gladly refund our money. Any serious, honest business knows this is not how you do business.

If they really wanted to promote their business, the message to cancel this 14 day trial subscription if your not interested, would be in bold letters next to the "Buy It Now" button.. A legit company would not penalize you because you didn't read the Terms and Agreement. This not the first time this has happened to me. (Yea I know, I'm a sucker - I haven't given up on the good in people yet - I'm a dreamer), But when it did, they gladly refunded my money when I informed them I didn't realize I was signing up for something. They apologized and gladly refunded my money.

I got to give it to them (PW), If I was a low-life, didn't care how I made money, wasn't raised right, and nobody loved me, I'd do business this way too. Legally they are correct until some civil minded attorney tears them apart. In the meantime add my name to the "shame on you list" for not paying attention. It's cool, because for some reason, when people do me wrong, their lives never be the same. I think I'm truly blessed, and a guardian angel watches over me and my family.

To the Pacific Web Works Employees: Update your resumes, because there's no way that company can stay in business long. To the supervisor I spoke to on the phone that told me he didn't need career advice from me....YES YOU DO!!
