Initially ordered ebay auction kit ONLINE in July and I cancelled in August.
PW states they called me three weeks later and I subscribed to another kit for an additional 2 week trial ... if not returned by 2 weeks, then $49.90 would be charged to my credit card monthly.
Have no confirmation of phone call, nor ever received kit even though their computer states it was sent.
Since then, my credit card has been charged.
Sorry I did not keep up regular practice of reconciling account -- noticed my January 08 statement had charge.
Called to cancel and request refund today. NO LUCK. Cancelled yes, but NO REFUND.
BEWARE they have other names as well.
