The first and most important issue I have is, the 3 payments for $33 is a scam!! The only reason why we bought this was for the payments. Why not buy this sprayer and pay no interest payments when we'd have to pay the whole price upfront at the Lowe's or Home Depot? When I got my credit card statement they charged me the full price. I called customer service and they kept telling me I chose the full payment option. I know they are lying about this because I specifically remember chosing the payments! Their agents are from India so you can hardly understand them so trying to dispute this was this biggest pain because I couldnt understand them! Finally, the guy tells me he cant change the method of payment and that i'm stuck with paying it in full. He offered me a $30 discount but thats not what I wanted. I wanted them to do what their commercial says they do, allow you to pay in payments. Nope, they would do it! I talked to numerous "managers" who had the biggest attitudes and refused to do anything. I am now in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card company. Its false advertisement! BE WARE!

I bought the Paint Zoom Platinum August of 2012. We "upgraded" to the platinum because we had a few projects in mind and thought it would hold up beter. We were wrong!

The first project I did was a week after I received the Paint Zoom. I decided to paint my bathroom vanity cabinets. The Paint Zoom worked perfect!

Two months after receiving it, I am now half way in my second project and this thing is crap! The motor gets extremely hot quickly and after about 10 minutes of it running it will shut off on you. I am so frustrated with this because its shutting off before I can finish a coat of paint. By the time I am able to turn it back on, about an hour, the coat is dry and is now uneven! So the idea of painting a room like the commercial shows, is not true unless you want to work in 10 minute incriments. But in that case you might as well just hand paint.

The next thing that makes me so angry is that the paint does not come out evenly! I will be pulling the trigger and no paint comes out. Just air! Then all of a sudden a glob will spray out when you least expect it and will glob on the wall. It has been sputtering since I started the project and each day is getting worse and worse! The manual has no trouble shooting answers. I've tried taking the gun apart to see if its clogged, but i've found nothing! I thoroughly clean it after each use.

The cord is soo short you have to have use an extension cord. I have no idea why they would make the cord so short. Its maybe a foot long.
