Palisades Collection Agency is suing me through their attorney known a*s Pressler and Pressler in Cedar Knolls, NJ. They are suing me for an account that I supposedly had with Household Bank an company I never heard of, this is not even listed on any of my credit reports and I get 1 from each bureau annually.
I just received aletter from the court in my county stating that I am being sued, I already called and disputed the claim with Pressler and Pressler and they were really nasty and just stated " Follow the directions on the paper that you received".

I am NOT goin to file anything because I don't owe that debt and it is not on my credit report listed any company
