I am an current employee of TxCollect which is based in Harker Hieghts, Texas and is run in conjunction with Collins Financial out of Austin, Texas. I am requesting more information concerning fraudulent accounts. If the reports do hold some truth I may be of great assistance to the fight against fraudulent bill collecting. Thanx.

im going thru the same thing with palisades i live in nj andi have a phone # on my caller id its coming up as asta funding as the company though 1-201-567-5648 hope this will help everyone.
att breached my contract back in 1999 charged me bogus roaming charges and i refused to pay them. 2 years later i was a part of class action settlement with them for the same thing breach of contract. now in october 2004 after the settlement they have palisades trying to collect over 500 dollars. im going to the states attorney general with this.if anyone wishes to contact me on this matter [DELETED] via ripoffreport.com

I just received a letter from TXCOllect in Austin, saying that they have a collection turned over into their office by PALISADES COLLECTIONS, for an ATT Wireless account. I have never had an account with ATT Wireless, but now I owe them 597.52??!!
Does anyone know how to contact this Palisades directly?

$216.00 apperared on my credit report as a bad debt never heard of this company
