I recently filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and it was discharged it is on my credit file and Providian was notified of the chapter 7 and so was Palisades Collections LLC. They have it included on my credit as being included into the chapter 7 but they have pulled my credit report and report the chapter 7 bk to the credit agency every 7 days. I receive alerts of who has pulled my credit report and what was done and every 7 days palisades collections LLc has pulled my credit report and reported the debt.
