I replied to an ad for salespeople needed at palm bay Chevrolet I went in on March 24th and was interviewed and asked to be back the next morning for training. This training was for 2 weeks and on the second day we were told we would have to pay 500.00 for the training at it would be reimbursed to us after 90 days.

I trained the week of March 24th and the week of March 31st. April 8th we were released cause they were down sizing and got rid of the whole class. Now we asked about getting our money back and palm bay Chevrolet tells us *World Wide Consulting owes us the money back ** and World wide tells us Palm bay Chevrolet is to pay us back** still to this day no money has been paid back to me and others in our class.

We have a contract signed my the general manager of palm bay Chevrolet *Doug Chase* that states, quote for quote " If the dealer terminates the application within the first 30 day period- for any reason other than tardiness, insubordination, or criminal act, the dealer agrees to reimburse the applicant's fee."

We have been getting the run around and can't get any answers and most of all our money back. Now I want interest on my money that they have been holding.

I had a phone call from mindi cook human resource manager with palm bay Chevrolet, I have it recorded from my answering machine. She needs me to fill out an I-9 form to complete my employment package so she may mail me my check. No check as of this date and she states she never said this. Again I have this on tape and she is aware she was recorded because I wasn't home.

Please help retrieve my money and don't let this happen to others. I have talked to a number of people after this happened to me and others are in this same boat, with there money not returned to them.
