Palm Beach Jewelry ,Tied To Newport News Christmas - Gauranteed 24th delivery then changed date to 26th even after paying next day shipping charge Boca Raton, Florida

My wife placed a $200 plus order with this company on a date that delivery was GUARANTEED before Christmas. When we confirmed that online at the companys webstie it showed one item back ordered it but everything else reflected the 24th as a delivery date. I went online the follwing date to make sure nothing had changed only to find that they had moved the date out to the 26th. I contacted them directly @ 8884495262 and spoke to a customer service person. She was OK up until she confirmed the date move and I indicated to her that it was unacceptable.

She then got unhappy with me when I insisted that they needed to fix the issue and make sure the date was moved back to the 24th. She was not able to do anything about it and forwarded me to a supervisor. This person explained to me that the warehouse had moved the date and that there was nothing she could do about it. The only thing she was willing to do was to cancel my order. I insisted that she send me an email confirming the canceled order and never received it.

It is now the 21st and we are in a bind in that we now have to start last minute shopping. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AND PROBABLY WILL CANCEL MY C-CARD WITH NEWPORT AS WELL. I WOULD ADVISE NOT PLACING ANY ORDER WITH PALM BEACH JEWELRY
