Palm Massager Waste of money! so discussed with this company Ceder Park Texas

I am so discussed with this company! 

I bought the Palm Massager on 8-30-2014 at the Lake Line mall in Cedar Park TX. When I got home and tried it out I was so disappointed. I have been having back pain and shoulder pain for some time now and I had high hopes that this would work! Turns out it was a scam and 100% rip OFF! 

The man at the mall assured me this would help problem he sold me the Palm Massager for $150. When I got home and tried it out I found that not only was it not working properly it seemed to be causing more pain than anything else. One of the pads would shoot electric shocks that were borderline painful and the other didn't work at all! The pads wouldn't stick either! 

I returned to the mall the next morning NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER..   To be told there were no refunds and that I was basically out of luck. I asked to speak the man’s boss. He told me he didn’t have one! Mind you, when I bought the Palm Massager it was originally $200 but because I was apprehensive he said "let me contact my boss to see if we can do if for $150" Then all the sudden the next day there isn't a boss! I find that hard to believe. 

He gave me the number to the corporate office. Good luck getting a hold of someone there! It is an answering machine of a Middle Eastern person that never picks up! I have left several massages just stating I had a simple question about this product, and have yet to receive a call back. 

I am so discussed with the people selling this product, people like myself and looking for a way to relieve their pain and all you are doing is causing them more pain. My neck now feels like there is a bigger knot. The worst part about all this is there absolutely nothing I can do! The young man at the mall is ignorant and this company is scam! 

I wanted to put my information out there in hopes it will someone!
