palmLoan advances called me and threatned me with legal action. They said I would be arrested because I stopped payment on a withdrawl that never happend. I never gave them authorization to take money out, I dont even Internet

a man with a foreign accent called and stated i would be going to jail because of a payment not authorized. He said money was put in my account which wasnt it was taken out. total of 50.00 which did overdraw my account. They also stated i had a checking account which i didnt. The man told me i comiited a felony and would be arrested the next day. This scared me and i didnt want to go anywhere cause i thought he was right even though i didnt do this. He kept saying you had $300 deposited in your account and than closed the account. I never did have this done, i dont even have a checking account and i never closed an account. My bank called me because it looked suspicous to them and returned it.

The man kept threatning me and yelling at me. I did end up hanging up on them and i now will not answer any calls that look suspicous. I have had my home number changed as well due to them calling me.

I did look for payday loans but i never was accepted due to no checking account, i even called a few places myself to double check on status and was told denied due to account.

I didnt get funds deposted into any account and never closed any account, what they did to me was a scam and yes they should be punished.

They are cons and are using distruaght people who do need help.
