I tried to sign up with the Paltalk service, my credit card was declined 3 times. I contacted the bank that the card was drawn on and they stated that the charges were approved. I verified this with my online statement. When I called the number for billing listed on their website, I received a bunch of doubletalk.
I have had at least 29 emails from them and each one says that I should contact my bank, my bank says contact Paltalk...Paltalk has blocked my email now.
THIS WEBISTE is a ripoff. They sell you different level of video quality and different colored names to show if you are a freebie or a paying client....Paltalk should be closed down.

Go in the help lobby raise your hand chat to support via text or voice tell them you want to contact billing since you signed up and it declined your card .. and even though it declines check your bank account just in case.. I know the help lobby they will give you a link to there live chat that would help you further paltalk for some reason is much more easier to contact via live chat then phone and email ..
The website isn't a ripoff the money you pay for the color name is the quality you pay for and paying for it your helping them pay for the dedicated voice and video servers there are alot out there alike but none of those by far have the quality that paltalk has to offer and they keep improving there software more and more so your getting your moneys worth..
