Hello to all.
I now live at Steeple Chase for well over a year and a half now. First of all Glenn Lemons as a manager took his job very seriously and took a lot of pride into every action that was to and for this property. What anyone does at their job and then their home life is two different issues,When someone is drinking at their home is not make them have a problem nor a bad employee.

Glenn as most people did not know showed up an hour to two hours early every day and also stay beyond a normal work day everyday every week.
residents have no clue what happens in a office to the unit they sell. to the corporate office,to the property ,to the attorney residents see what they believe in as what should be a perfect world which its not, cause they dont deal with 100 complaints or work issues or corporate office while living at your work when a resident leaves a job they to become drinkers and smokers and parents and all that we are but it is a down fall to sometimes work and live in the same place cause then everyone wants to attack something they no nothing about. live in someones shoes for a day and really find out whats valid to complain about and who to discredit.especially people I know that have complained on these issues.we all have closet to clean out.

As far as everyone's spelling!!!!Gee it looks to me like certain people who were so critical did the same thing. Maybe everyone was trying to make a point.... For all of you who are so critical for what I wrote, why don't you re-read what Glenn wrote, you will see he started to defend me then turned it to be all about him quote "Even if the compaint (his spelling)states is true, Pam is no longer with the company"

Glenn replaced me after I gave notice, Glenn has made statements about me. Again attacking someone he does not even know. Including stating that I am accused of some activity that he himself got transfered for. Glenn has pending activity that questions who he is.

Thank you Casey for stating that people in this line of work are not here but to do their job, and sometimes we are not the most liked, that is, if we do our job. We are not here to make friends we are here to follow company policies which in turn causes certain people to dislike us.

Dan please do not attack my daughter, She is entitled to her response.(and maybe you should check yourself- "enxt". Again, maybe her spelling was with the intention of poor grammer.

There is no way that I can prove anything that has been brought up on this website. Therefore, you should not believe everything you read.

I am all for free speech, but this website is the reason why free speech is questioned from time to time.

Don't believe everything you read. If you are ever put on this website, it's been my experience that it may be best to not respond. Nothing you write will make a difference. This website is a release for angry people. Angry people are not fun to be around, so I don't know why anyone would want to read the words of a person who is angry.

Yes Glenn I may have been evicted, My problem and I'm dealing with it. Maybe you should go to treatment and deal with yours. I DID!! Treatment is not such a bad thing I encourage anyone to go, give it a shot. Not saying Glenn you are a bad person in the day just a drunk by night.. and as far as you saying a bad neighbor,, I wouldn't say I was a bad neighbor and either did you when you were called to verify my renting history there at Steeple Chase.

Hmmm and as far as Pam goes, No Glenn she has not come looking for me to back her, she didn't have to, because anyone who truly knows Pam would say the same as I am saying she is a very good BUSINESS women. Unlike you Glenn..

She dont' mix her business with her time off hmm what is that called????OH YEAH HAVING A LIFE!! It is not right for you to get drunk and sit around and talk about everyone's business that you rent to it comes back around. Now that is not very business like at all is it?

To Glen's response saying Pam has found people evicted from Steeple Chase to back her. Wait just one minute here Glenn, I was not evicted, if that is the case then why is it I got part of my deposit back? should of got it all back, because believe me the place was in much better condition then when I moved in.

When I moved in I was charged a cleaning deposit don't know why, I had to clean the place myself it was that dirty. Oh yeah I guess I was reinbursed a bit for that one. but after moving out I was charged a cleaning fee again for your non licensed cleaners to clean the place when I (a licensed cleaner) had already done it. so what? I paid your cleaning person for me to clean the place? hmmm..that is good pay.for them..

If you took the time to read my response to Robert's initial complaint, you will see that I defended Pam's actions along with the integrity of Steeple Chase Apartments (which really is a nice place to live), because there were no records to back up the complaint lodged against her. However, after reading Pam's response, I am questioning the validity of the complaint. Is she full of venum or what? I don't understand why Pam has taken the time to find people that I was forced to evict, or take corrective action on them for being "bad neighbors" to back up her false claim, and that I was some kind of drunk.

Let me just say this for the record. I am no longer work or live at Steeple Chase Apartments. After working as Manager for 2 years at the property I was offered a position with another property management company to be their General Manager in the corperate office because of the success I achieved at Steeple Chase at making the property a safe place to live for decent families, and making the property owner a cash flowing business. Pretty good for a drunk huh? Bottom line is this. Pam, Robert and all the other complaintants listed on this website no longer have anything to do with Steeple Chase Apartments. Even though I no longer live at Steeple Chase Apartments, I know I left the property in good hands. Be assured Steeple Chase Apartments really is a good place to live. It's unfortunate that there always seems to be a bad apple in the bunch.

For those of you who have already responded with a message of hate and distrust, shame on you. Didn't anybody ever teach you to treat others like you would want to be treated? Life is so much better with a smile on your face than a frown. Let this go. It doesn't even matter anymore. Move on.

First off the things did happen to us and we do have proof to them through of our housing case worker alone and that is just one of them. we also have several witness statements to these "allegations". second of all, it happened in mach of 2002...i mean really let sleeping dogs lie. third of all pam you broke SEVERAL laws as well, so it would be counter produtive for you to threaten suit when you are just as guilty if mot more so. as far as i'm concerned we should all chalk it up to a good learning experience and let it be. we learned not to trust two face backstabing hypocrites. who threaten slander on one person after doing it to them in the first place and after on this same form did it to someone else as well. And hopefully you learned descency, common curtacy, and respect...althought from your previouse statements, i fear you have still to learn those valuable traits. I pray that you do learn these things and that you never have to experience what you have put other through!

First of all you can't attack me and expect me not to respond. I would advise you to stop your bahavior with this because you are the one slandering me. Which is illegal. You are making false statements against me. You do not have proof because it never happened. So I would be very careful, I could be the one suing you. Stop this before I forward this on to an attorney, or get a harrassment order against you.

I lived at Steeple Chase apartments when Pam was manager and Glenn as well, All I have to say is...If Pam is such a bad manager why is it me and my family as well as many others have followed her to her as tenants to her new property Pam is a very decent manager. I have never ever seen Pam act in such a manner as mentioned in this report and as far as Glenn Lemons, go ahead Glenn have another 12 pack or so!!!

I too lived at Steeple Chase apartments Pam was and is a very good manager I never saw any of this behavior from her, unlike Glenn who we have all seen drunk very very drunk and verbally abusive many many of times. Good job Pam for opening peoples eyes to this behavior

False Report!!!!!!!! This is not true at all . If you are a previous or current resident of mine you would know this is the biggest lie. I follow company policies and procedures or I would not have been in this business as long as I have if this were even remotely true . Robert you are very upset over recieving a noise complaint....this is what started this whole thing. You have slandered my name with every company that you could possibly have. YOU HAVE ISSUES! And as far as Glenn Lemons YOU TOO HAVE ISSUES......JEALOUS! JEALOUS! JEALOUS! I left the company in good standing and you were hired after me. Which I guess you were not successful , you were not as well liked and I know that Ken or Bowen would not stand behind your response. I never had any problems with this company (unlike yourself). So to Robert I will only say it it very sad that you would waste so much time hating over your own behavior and you alone have to live with the lies you have told about another person but we both know the truth. Glenn go drink another beer or whatever it is that you drink everyday!
