This is a rip-off report hoping one day this man gets what he deserves. He is a money hungry slum lord who does not care anything about the individuals who rent from him.

I do not know how he has managed to get away with it! here out of all countries "The United States". He raises the rent every 6 months if he pleases making money of hard working people.

Most of his properties are filled with drug dealers that terrorize descent hard working individuals but what does he care? as long as he is making money, he cares less if roaches and rats are eating the kids at night.

And last but not least I will love to know What judge and people from the health department protect this creep? They should be the ones getting sued are they getting payed by him too?

I bet not one of them will dare live in one of his apartments!!! By the way most of his building managers don't speak English and are ilegal in this country!!
