Warning to all major scam. I went online to check out this produst after seeing it on oprah's web page and decided to try out the product for a small shipping fee of 4.95. Much to my chagrin when I received the credit card bill I saw 2 charges for 79.95 in the same billing period.
When I called up the company's number i was told that they would cancel my membership but only refund the 1 charge. I was told that the first charge would not be refunded because they were only authorised to do 1 refund. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was connected to a Falon who reiterated the same thing . When asked to speak with her Manager I was told that she was the one in charge and there was no one higher up. I asked if she was the owner of the company and was told no. So I asked to speak to someone that she reports to and she said that there was no one else. I asked for someone in there corporate office and she gave me the address w/ no name . She said to put the product name down and it would be given to the right person (sure).
When I called back and spoke with another agent I was informed that the call center was a sub contractor and was only responsible for taking calls and limited customer service. I also found out that Falon was lying as she does have a supervisor named Sam and is in during business hours. Lets see if I get more of a run a round or this company does the right thing.
