I have a credit report with this company on it whne I contact the company I received a person voice mail from a family. I have been trying for years to get this off my report and they would not talk it off

I finally had to file for bankruptcy and include this company in the bankruptcy, it has taken a toll on my credit that was not perfect but it was not ruined either.

i had some check stolen and alerted the bank to this issue.
