Panasonic worthless warranty useless customer service never buy again Internet
We have been given excuse after excuse from the repair center. After using the Panasonic website form several times, we finally received a response after a month guaranteeing the product would be completed by Nov. 3rd.
It is November 22nd and we finally decided to suffer through the long wait and call Panasonic customer service to see if they could be more helpful. After a lively (but with no profanity) discussion, where we tried to explain our frustration (we have been nice for 3 months!)---THEY HUNG UP ON US.
We are basically under the assumption that we will never receive this product back and we would like to recommend to all---DON'T BUY PANASONIC!!!!!!!!!! We don't want others to suffer through this same frustrating situation.
