I purchased an Andriod smart phone on line that was defective. As per pandawill customer-no service- I returned the phone for repair or replacement. It has been over 2 months and I am yet to have my phone repaired or replaced. In the last email they wanted to replace my phone with a used phone that was not compatable with my original phone eg; 5.0 inch 1 Ghz instead of the 5.7 inch 1.5 Ghz i originally purched. I am very frustrated with pandawill and their very poor after-thesale experience.
