Pandigital Pan Pandigital Novel E-Reader Don't Buy REAL Lemon. Internet

Recently bought the Pandigital's Novel e-reader tablet. From the description, it sounds like the poor man's IPAD. It can store and read e-books, surf the web, play music, view pictures, etc. Of all the e-readers it features color screen, virtual keyboard and you can't beat the low price of under $200.00. I am a very tech savvy person and followedinstructions on allmanuals. Novelis suppose toconnect to any wi-fi network but no it does not work. I have tried everything from resetting my wireless router to updating firmware on the e-reader. No support from Pandigital site. I read all the blogs and complaints on the web. Most people wind up returning or if they are really tech savvy will find their own solutions to fix the wi-fi problem. If you are the group that is will not waste time troubleshooting or have a don't a computer degree, just return this product for a full refund. It is a shame, the company will not admit it has a problem or provide a quick fix at it's website. I believe the company's strategy is to sell it anyway and hope no one will return it. Don't buy it.
