I purchased and paid $18,980 for an Internet Vending Machine on August 27,2004. According machine was guaranteed delivery within 45 days. I had DSL and Phone lines installed at site location.

Machine was delivered on or around Dec 15,2004. I was never notified. I accidently found out machine was on site on Dec. 26,2004.

It took until Jan 11,2005 to have machine. Installer was a young college student who had never seen the machine. Fortunately fo me this young man was smart and dedicated. He assembled and set up the machine according to the location owner's specs.

The machine does not work. The bill acceptor does accept bills, the card reader does not read credit or debit cards, and finally the coin collector collects coins (thanks to my son-in-law) but does not communicate the acceptance to the machine.

I have made numerous calls to the company and written several letters to no avail. The tech support person probably from an off shore middle eastern company, cannot understand the problem and therefore cannot fix them.

Trying to get hold of company representatives to help is an all day job. They are very good at playing the phone waiting game. I call ask for a specific person i get the "please wait" and after a 5 minute wait i get the dial tone. An immediate call back and the same process repeats.

The other game they play is the on vacation game. The sales rep that conned me into this has been on vacation for 2 months.The install specialist has magically disappeared. As a matter of fact none of the people I spoke to back in Aug. thru Dec. seem to be there any more.

I don't know if there are any more problems with this machine because I can't get past the money acceptance in order to test the machine functions.

I have paid over $600 for the DSL and phone line thus far. Getting this machine to work appears to out of the question. I simply want a refund of my investment and expenses.

By the way yesterday on the net I discovered a lot of disgruntled customers with the same complaints.
