Papa John's Pizza No lables on boxes and Can't Chicago cut pizzas nor deliver all items you order then refuse to refund order Greenwood, Indiana

I have a computer business that also repairs pc's for local emergency responce departments.  Frequently the men and women of local districts will stop by late night and have me look at their person/work pc's for tweaks and cleaning.  During that time we order pizza from Papa John's pizza and request them to be chicago cut and the symboly on box for that is #.  99% of the time they can't figure our between small triangels v/s squares.  On more than 2 serperate occasions during the late night hours nearing close we would get our pizzas without cheese cups and pizzas not cut properly so trying to get 5 people to share 8 slices or 16  slices of triagels is rediculas at best.  We call and complain they say they will issue a credit or refund and don't or they said the order wsn't ever placed and yet my bank statement clearly shows the transaction for the amount I ordered online.  We have filed complaint after complaint with no resolution in sight.  The latest one being last night and we tried to order from there tonight and get the discount as promised only to be told we couldn't order from there anymore because we got too many complaints and free food.. We are like seriously we had only gotten one free pizza and 40% off another order which was to have been free, and then last night they for got our 2 liter of soda and 2 cheese cups and still cut the pizza into little triangles.  We have concluded that the GM must not have any graduate school education or might not have even made it past pre-school because they can't seem to train their managers and other staff how to cut squares instead of triagles.  

We are still requesting a full refund on all items missing and pizzas that were not cut properly on the previous 6 orders, or give us credit for the orders.  Not sure if we'll get any of this but clearly we are done with this location and will be updating everyone asap on whether or not they take care of it.  I will be also posting blogs and pictures on our Facebook page.
