I hired this company to write a research paper and they did. To bad instead of a college level paper, they provided a 3rd grade level, plagiarized paper. I brought this to their attention NUMEROUS times and they did nothing. I received a lot of empty promises. This went on for weeks. Finally, I submitted a dispute with PayPal and then Papershelm cancelled my ordered. PayPal couldn't do anything because at the time of the order (June 26th) they did not cover services.

Papershelm has since offered me a 49 dollar refund which they said was a 32% refund from what I paid ($218.) They cannot do simple math nor write a decent paper. They also offered me 22% off on my next three orders because I really would order again from them. Ha!

I have been trying to get back my money back. I have sent numerous emails and get no response. They are a scam. Do not waste your money.
