I ordered an essay on papreshelm.com. I paid extra to get it in 4 days. When I did not receive it at the due date, I called them they told me that it would take another 4 hours before I could receive it which was way past the deadline. I requested for them to refund me my money since I paid for something I did not get. they have been ignoring my emails since. I called them more than 4 times, email them at that care@papershelm.com address that they provided for complaints. I never got any response. when I called, they told me that they will make sure that someone email me back. I am still waiting for that email or phone call. They keep telling me that it was delayed for only 4 hours like it is ok to charge customers higher prices for deadline that they will not respect. I told them that the 4 hours pushed the deadline back to another day and that was certainly not what I paid for. They still will not give me my money back or the paper for that matter. I have no idea how to get a reimbursement from them since they will not reply to any of my emails. I want people to know that their website and the services that they advertise providing are all a scam and that they should not fall for any of it. I have a feeling that I will not get my money back but if I can help other people so that they do not fall for their scam, I will gladly do so. I will be glad if their website was just shut off because what they are doing is wrong. Thank you.

There is one reason and one reason only people use these websites. That is to have them do work that they were supposed to do and then turn around and claim it as their own. People who are not under some sort of deadline would also not pay extra to get it in a very short time.
You can say that it wasn't a "school" paper. But this site advertises themselves as a site to get "academic" writing.
Okay...so if it wasn't a school paper, what purpose would you have to get some random "paper" written and sent to you? Anything in a paper could easily be researched on the Internet in a very short time...and for FREE. Where if it was for your own personal knowelge you don't need it in some academic format.
Who were you going to give this paper to? Then as a "bonus" question were you going to tell these people that you didn't write it?

I understand why you posted this company as scamming you. Yes, what they did is wrong. However, are you aware that you were about to commit fraud by submitting a paper as your own that someone else wrote? Please don't go down that road. It may be a good thing that the company you used didn't provide the paper you paid for - at least it saved you from submitting that paper to your teacher or professor. Take a few minutes to research the capabilities that universities/schools have today to determine if your work is actually your work. You may be surprised.
