Par Car Sales - United Auto Acceptance ripoff taking unfair possession of a vehicle Riverdale Georgia

This company called and stated they needed my vehicle back so I said fine and will I get my down payment back or atleast part of it if I do not come get it within in ten days. The finance manager stated yes minus charges for towing and missed payment. I said fine come get the car since I had only had the car a little over 60 days with not being even 30 days late. The contract staes that if they pick up your car you have ten days to reclaim the vehicle with bringing the payments up to date. Well now he states I am not entitled to reclaim the vehicle within ten days nor will they give me a portion of my down payment back. Granted my payment was not due until after 30 days in my possession but I had already made a partial payment on the account so it was not even a month late. True they were due money but they are not even sticking to their own statement of contract. Do not deal with these people they do not abide by their own contracts nor do they do anything fairly. I wish I had looked into them before taking a dime near these people. Just because it says your job is your credit means nothing. These people are sharks and liars "Buyer Beware".
