On July 30th Kirby salesperson did his demo his boss Terrance introduced him his name wea Raymund it took about 4 hours. I agreed to buy put it on 2 credit cards which Terrance processed. He had me sign a portion for 3 day cancellation in which i get my money back and return machine. The sale was 1,600.

The very next day I called their office on Nancy Ridge Dr. spoke to receptionist she had told me directions I had told her on wanted to cancel contract, she said not to bring in vacuum field rep will pick up. So i hurried cancelled my facial appointment so I could get there before accounting closed at 3 p.m. When I arrived before 3 p.m. the receptionist had me sign my portion stating I wished to cancel took scissors and cut that portion off contract, she then said she would rush it to accounting, she never came back with my receipt.

I expected to hear from them  and field reps to pick up vacuum and return mine, but it never happened. So I had called there office I got the run around they said that it wasn't in there files. The following Monday the 6th of August I went to there office the receptionist said she had never met me and denied me bringing my cancellation portion of contract. Then I refused to leave until I spoke to someone in accounting Alena came out and sympathized and couldn't understand why the receptionist was so rude. While Alena was talking to me the receptionist tried to pull her away by saying she has a phone call from the boss. I wasn't going away I then asked to speak to the owner, a Mrs. Miller came out and said she had been looking all day for my file and couldn't find it, keep in mind this was 6 days ago how could they lose my contract?

I then was taken to the accounting office which is also the office where Dave Beaumont sits very cluttered, he had me sit down it became a heated discussion he denied me my cancellation I asked for his name he then said if I didn't stop calling him a liar he would have me leave. On my way out in front of receptionist Mr. Beaumont quickly grabbed his mail so I wouldn't see names. This company has crooks working in the Kirby name and is bringing them down.

So I hope I made this clear, this company a day after buying this machine took my cancellation portion of contract, in good faith I thought they would do the right thing but obviosly not.  

I recieved a letter from themdated August 9. 2012 that they had completed their investigation and have concluded that they have no records which indicate that a cancellation notice was brought in to the office. I had called them on July 31st for directions, just a day after buying this machine, signed in precence of this receptionist. I have witnesses at the salon that day because I had to cancel also at my work because I asked to leave early.
