Paradise Boat Rentals Cape Coral Julius Wellenreiter Security deposit of 500 USD never paid back Capa Coral, Florida

We rented a boat in June 2011 and the security deposit of 500 USD was taken by credit card.
When returning the boat, the son of Mr. Wellenreiter assured that the boat is undamaged and that we will get back the full 500 USD security deposit.

Returning home to Germany we saw that the security deposit was hard booked from the credit card and not just "on hold". We contacted Mr. Wellenreiter and ask him to pay back the amount which he promised to initiate immediately.

In October he told us that this must be a mistake and that he will check the books. Nothing happened. From our credit card company we heart that he did not do anything to pay us back the amount.

We tried to contact him again and again, but did not get a hold of him or any reaction.

in addition to that, the following advise: Never ever do any prepayments to this company as Mr. Wellenreiter tries to sell his company...
