I purchased a deck with an arbor to cover a hot tub I purchased with Paradise Decks and Spas. Since the hot tun was installed back in June 2011 I have has problems with the new hot tub.

I was informed that it would be under warranty if there were any issues. I had leaks around the base of the hot tub. I now have panels on the outside of the hot tub that has not been taken care since I reported this to Paradise Decks and spas back in Oct 2011.

I have made numerous calls to this company , sent them pictures of the defective panels through emails, and they have sent 2 sales reps to my home to assess the problem but no one has fixed this. They will not call you to let you know what the status is on the repairs. They do not honor the warranty on their product leaving you to think what else can I do to make this situation right.

Their customer service is the worst I have dealt with . They are ready to make the sale but they do not make you feel valued as a customer.

Update on Paradise Decks and Spas San Antonio Texas

On today March 7,2012 the panels to my hot tub were delivered and installed by Paradise Decks and Spas. After  several long months and after a mediation hearing at the Bexar County Dispute Resolution Center, Paradise Decks and Spas has installed the panels that were found to be defected. The I Pod cover still remains open and does not close properly. But after speaking to Jaime who represents Paradise Decks and Spas ,she has informed me that if I do go online and take off the negative comments first she will see to it that the I Pod cover does get installed. I still need to contact the manufacturer myself as stated by Jaime and when they arrive at my house then she will have her contract manager come out to install the cover at no charge to me. Paradise Decks and Spas did keep their part of the agreement as stated at the mediation meeting. And I believe that she will keep her word on finalizing the work when the I Pod cover comes in with the installation of that piece. Chris French was the installer sent out to put on the panels and he was extremely polite and very professional in his work. He took his time to make sure that the measurements were an exact fit. Thank you Chris for all your help.
