Paradise Valet - American Valet Keys left in car car stolen stripped & burnt up I have 1500 deductible and lost items Phoenix Arizona

On Saturday night 9-25-04, myself and my friend went to the Sportsman Club in downtown Phoenix. As I always do I pulled into the valet parking line on the side of the club.(Might I add that my car is one of a kind in Phoenix, AZ.) When I got to the attendant so he could park my car, I was given a ticket and advised that I could not keep my keys due to the fact that there were so many people at the Sportsman Club that evening.

I parked my car around 11:45pm and paid $10 to the Valet man James Kamor (480)-600-5522, and I walked into the club.

At 2:30am on Sunday 9-26-04, I walked out of the club and proceeded toward the valet stand where they keep the keys until the owner of the car gives them a ticket and then they retrive the keys. I gave them my ticket, (Keep in mind my 2002 Escallade on 24'dub tires and rims, with T.V.s and music equiptment, Estimated value of truck is 97,000) and he walked around in circles for a few minutes to tell me that my truck was stolen at 11:45pm and he had been waiting for me to come out of the club so he could file a police report.

Back to my truck My plates are Arizona reg. and the plate says 7IWIN, and the valet attendant has seen me all of 10 times to know who I am and what I drive. I make sure I am known and seen every time I come to the club. Not only do I make my presence known, I beg and plead for the front parking space that I did not get this time for some reason. but he told me that all the basketball players got the front spaces and my car had to be parked in the back...... where it got stole..... because James Kamor left my car keys in the car, along with another automobile. did I mention that another auto was involved. My friend Tondi his car was 15 cars in front of mine and his was stolen too. luckily my auto was fully insured and all I am needing from this neglent company is a $1000 for my auto deductible and $500 for my home owners deductible, for personal property that was taken from the car.

Now lets talk about the damage to my car. So once my car was found not by the police but by ON STAR thanks for them. My 20,000 24' dub tires and rims were taken off of my car and replaced with 12' rims no tires, all of my media accessories were ripped out of the car and the dumb theifs set the auto on fire.

They caught the suspect......wait a minute how can there be only one suspect in the disappearance of 2 cars. Anyways the one suspect was caught and released on the same day. I get a dui last year and went to jail for 10 days and someone can steal my car, burn it up and get a get out of jail free card, the Valet man james Kamor claims no responsibility, and now I am stuck with a destroyed car, and a high deductible payment.
