I purchased a used certified cat from paragon Honda @ Woodside. This place is full of fraud, low life and quality of sales person. There is 100% guaranty you will be rip off from this dealer.

We call this dealer to see if they have car in the stock they advertise in web. They said they have it but when we went to see the car they said it sold out and then they showed us another car. We liked the car and agreed on a price. But their game begins with their finance officer (Allen gensler). Right after I entering his room he started all kind of nice talk and tried to add 8k extra for warranty, and low jack and low finance APR. I got low finance APR because of my good credit rating and this pathetic guy is saying he gave me this low rate. But any how I told him I don't want low jack and asked them to give me high APR. They started all kind of pressure to buy other option. I clearly told them I just want extended warranty. Because I don't know how much warranty cost and no way to verify I agreed to pay $4300 for extended warranty. They kept us almost 6 hours for paper work and made us tired so that we can't go over the paper work. Later on we found the extended warranty only cost $2300. which means they stole $2000 from me. In recipt they wrote extended warranty and passive security and charge $4300. Passive security by default comes with Honda. When I contact my sales person (Matt), he said I have to deal with finance manager and they kept me sitting their 3 hours and couldn't meet him because he is busy. Here is the story with car

1. They never certify the car. Within two weeks of purchase check engine light comes on and I have to take it to their service center. At that time they certify the car and give me the certify paper.
2. Within 3 months my car skipping gear and they change catalic converter.
3. Right after they change converter my transmission went bad.
4. I own this car for 1 year I have to take this car 7 time for service.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PARAGON HONDA!!!

We are in receipt of you comments listed with this agency, and I would like to help. The vehicle that you purchased from us was inspected prior to your acceptance, however, this does not always prevent situations like those that you described from coming up. I know that your address is not close to the dealership and perhaps this has added to your frustration.

Please advise me of the following:
The date of your purchase-
The year make and model of your purchase-
Who at the dealership was notified of your concern, and when?
Was an extended warranty purchased for the vehicle?

Once we have this information we can take the necessary steps to address your concerns, including possibly exchanging this car for another vehicle.

If you would prefer to remain anonymous you can contact me directly at any of the numbers listed below.

Very truly yours,
