Paramount Mortgage of Colorado Jill Evans Deception and lies are all this woman knows. She destroys lives Greenwood Village, Colorado

In June 2009 we entered into an agreement with Paramount funding to fund 2.7M which would refinance our company and help us to be released from our current bank. We have a comittment letter to fund this loan but it never happened. We also have additional comittment letters which did not happen. She even lied to our bank that she would close this transaction. Between June and today she has made several claims and comittments all of which turned out to be lies and tactics to delay doing anything. There have been other complaints filed through this forum about Paramount Mortgage and Jill Evans if you care to look for them. In one of these reports, the victum asked that someone stop her. Well, we will. I have reported Paramount Funding to the BBB that they are associated with as a first step. This did get her attention so she got angry, threatened to cancel our deal and return our $13,500 that we gave her as a deposit. This is part of her scam so this is exactly what I expected her to do. My CFO spoke to her and suggested she try a to fund a lower amount. She then handed us over to a broker who misrepresented himself as a lender, etc. Now they want more money just to proceed. It is now November and our bank has taken our deal to refinance off the table due to Jill Evans failure to fullfill the comittments she has made to us and directly to our bank. As a result our bank may start the process to shut down our business. As a result I have contacted several of Paramounts past and present clients as well as the Attorney General in Ohio and Colorado. My oldest daughter lives in DC and has a friend working for the Justice Department so I have sent all the pertenent documentation to them as well. I have two friends that work in the field office here of the FBI that I am speaking to as well. In more than one discussion with Jill Evans, she has lied to me personally which I can prove with no problem and has told me without hesitation that she can fund our deal...this is the most obvious lie of all. I caution everyone to be careful of BBB ratings because they are almost impossible to change but I have gone on record with them that they are irresponsible if they ignore this. If she offers a rebuttal to this there is only one thing you can be absolutely sure of and that is she will twist the facts, lie, or say anything to make herself look like the victum rather than the predator that she is.
