Pardons and Waivers of Canada Trained us to decieve customers North York Ontario Canada

I applied for a Job at Pardons and Waivers Canada. I went through a week training for a commission sales position. They trained me how to know the amount of money potenial clients could afford, depending on their job and if they had kids, what they failed to train us on was who was qualified for the services. We were told to sell everyone and tell them we could get them qualified even if their offense was two years ago. This company had no legal staff but we were told to say we had huge legal reseach teams and the support of several lawyers.

We were also told to tell clients we were just like a service Canada under the government. Once I did my own research, which we were told not to do because then we would become information giver and make no money, I realized that I was misleading clients and immediately brought this to owners attention. The owners were four GREEDY family members (Jessie breslin, Stephaine Breslin,Allisha Breslin and there Mother) with no business experience who told me if I wanted to keep the job I had to follow there training or quit.

So I choose to qiute because I can't knowingly take advantage of people. I was immediatley reminded of the confidentiality agreement I signed and told not to speak to any other employees once I left the building. I was trained with 5 other who were smarter than me and pick up on scam sooner and left. When I left 8 others were in the middle of training, I hope they catch on faster than me.

I feel horrible about the people I sold Pardons and Waivers too through this company, I'm truly sorry and wished I realised earlier. Because of my confidentiality agreement I couldn't say anything or report the company until a certain amout of years past. There still in business and from the call I made to them as a potential client they are still lying to customers and charging huge amounts of money...

There our good Pardons and Waivers companies out there, I now work at one that only offers services to those that qualify and have reasonable rates and good service.
