I am here to inform individuals who may be in the same situation that I am in. In 2003 I contacted a business formerly named CS Advance now called Parent Financial located in Dallas, Tx. for assistance with getting upfront child support are so I thought. However all I ended up with was a bill for $2,834.00 and I was told that until that amount was paid I was in a binding contract. I was young and very much unaware of what was being presented to me. I was just seeking help to try to support my child at that time it was not clear to me what I was being charged for nor was I given the opportunity for legal counsel.
Now, it's six years later and I have had the worst trouble trying to get this matter straight. I have yet to speak with the (President Rob Feito), supervisors, managers, or anyone for that matter the only people I have spoken with in the six years are Erika l. DeLeon, Victoria Deering, and now Jessica Longoria she is the only person that answers the established client line and new enrollees line. Third Party collection agencies are businesses that "Pry" on the parents that are not informed enough about their services. PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE DON'T ALLOW THESE PEOPLE TO STEAL FROM YOU......If their is anyone out there that have some advice or suggestions I am all ears.
