I am writing because I am fed up with these skin care company scams. What is truly despicable about this one is the products were being hawked by the wives from Duck Dynasty. One talked about how she came up with her own formulations from natural products in their own back yard and developed the products. ALL LIES. In fact, I don't think they associate with this product anymore because it was such a scam. As it turns out it is a skin care product not any better than what you would find at the Dollar store. The Duck Dynasty wives talked about how they came up with the name and had scads of women on the TV infomercial say what wonderous things it did for their skin. ALL LIES.  Then they say because they want people to try it, they will ship it for $4.95 no strings attached. They just want people to try it. So I did. Then of course in two months, here comes the

ALL LIES.  Then they say because they want people to try it, they will ship it for $4.95 no strings attached. They just want people to try it. So I did. Then of course in two months, here comes the autoship. When I called to cancel and get my money back the company refused to refund my money even though I had not used the 2nd set of products. Then comes the well you had to cancel in 14 days, even though you are never told that. Funny thing, they claim you need to use the products for 30-60 days to see a difference, yet if you want a refund you have to cancel in 14 days. WTF? Does that even make any sense?  Then they try to offer you a negotiated refund of 35%. There is NO company name on the packing slips or any other information you are given. In fact, I had to get the phone number

There is NO company name on the packing slips or any other information you are given. In fact, I had to get the phone number from my credit card statement to even know where to call their customer service. Once you call, there is no company name given. The girls on the phone are well trained. They know that they can not give 100% refunds so they get caustic and nasty on the phone. If you refuse their first offer and ask to talk to a supervisor they refuse to give you a name or say they are ALL supervisors. If you ask for a corporate phone number they refuse to give that out for "security" purposes or even a corporate address. They SAY their company is headquartered in California which is a lie,  when you look for the company by the name on your credit card statement you will find the company is based in Hong Kong.

Do Not Buy This Product. I hope they go out of business or someone sues them in a class action. These companies are very predatory and dishonest and give the whole industry a bad reputation.
