Parisian Glow Scam - cancelled but they keep charging my credit card!! Internet

 I ordered the Parisian Eye Cream and thought I was getting a great deal by only paying the shipping charge. I received the skin cream which I never ordered also. I then noticed 2 odd charges on my credit card statement. I immediately called and was told I didn't read the fine print. I was disappointed but figured I had to take those charges. I immediate cancelled my acct with them. I never opened one but apparently they put me in an auto shop category. I received a confirmation email of my cancellation and thought it was taken care of. I just got my May statement and see a new charge for the eye cream I cancelled. I called and spoke to their customer service agent and she told me my phone number, name, and email isn't in her system. I asked to speak to her manager and she put me on hold. Her name was Diana and she never gave me his name. I called and cancelled my credit card because this company has no intention of crediting my account. I didn't know how else to stop them!
