This is how his (Mike, the account executive aka owner, scammer) scam works: You go to his website to get a auto shipping quote. He emails you back with the best shipping quote and he tells you he can beat any price. You agree to have them arrange shipping and the next step is to pay a $150 deposit. He quoted me $950 for the total shipping quote door to door. I gave him $150 deposit which leaves my ballance at $800. When the trucking company arrives to pick the car up they say that the COD or total amount due is $900. The trucking company is half at fault because they were contacted by the broker Park Avenue to arrange the shipping.

Park Avenue Knew all along that the shipping quote was going to be more the whole time and the customer gets screwed. The trucking company will not ship it for the original quote price because it was the wrong amount to begin with. Mike keeps his $150 broker fee and I am out an additional $100. Mike will tell you the extra $100 was to pay the drivers insurance... B.S. State laws require all auto shippers to have a $1,000,000 policy. I am a auto dealer and I got scammed, this could happen to anyone. To make sure this does not happen to you; when the truck driver calls you to schedule the pickup, confirm the COD price before hand or get a reciept with the total amount due from the broker.
