Park Central Company Lied about services, and no help with services. Never recieved copy of signed agreement. Dallas, Texas

Services are not what we were told.  Salesman guaranteed services are top, deposits made into your account from the following day within 1 day, we would never have to worried about bounced checks they would take care of everything ...Lied. Asked to speak to our salesman and they would not give us his name or have him call us...they do not know who was our salesman???? Never recieved a copy of the signed agreement even after calling and requesting a fax copy. 

We were lied about our check machine services.  We were told that once the check went thruough that it was to be deposited into our account and if it was declined that we were guaranteed the money and they would be responsible for collecting the debt.  Lied to about this.  I was told we had to have a DR # written on the slip along with signed name, printed name and phone number.  DR# was not listed on the slip and never asked for it so we lost over $500 in checks due to this deception. 

I was told to read the very tiny fine print on the Terms and Conditions (which is 22 pages long in tiny fine print).  We have had unsatisfactory service help when needed help on the check machine or the Credit Card Machine.  Was kept on hold more than 10 minutes while trying to check out customers and having to aplogize to them for the wait.  Park Central is not a company anyone needs to use.  They do not have good customer services and if you ask to speak to their supervisor or Managaer you get the same person every time.  Do not use them what so ever!
