Ghassan Mansour and Mansour brothers are in a business of ripping of peoples by selling gas station by the name of Metro Gas.
They have sold the gas station located at 4320 North Armenia Ave Tampa Florida multiple times by showing inflated gross sale and bunch of legal paperwork through different law firms. This gas station has been closed multiple time and Ghassan Mansour bring one of his brother to entablish a business by lowering the gas price to a point of taking loss in the gas and cooking books by selling more in merchandise sale. Within a year they are ready to sell the gas station to someone new in this business by showing attractive sale and profit on the books. Be aware that this profit is not a profit without the loss of gas price. They hide any lost in the gas price.
After they sell it to a new buyer they want buyer to pay them around 3 cents a gallon on sale of gas regardless of profit or loss plus a triple net lease.
BE AWARE OF THESE RIP OFF BROTHER, THEY ARE ANIMAL IN THE GAS BUSINESS THEY CAN RIP YOU OFF.
