I picked this company because of "online" reviews but my experience with them to date has been a nightmare. I personally placed this order yet they did not put my name and number on the order as the contact person for the driver AND apparently they don't have the mental capacity to change any information on a transport order. (Unbelievable but true)...

This company NEVER contacted me when they picked up my car. 
I've had to call THEM for any information regarding my car shipment. I've been lied to regarding delivery of my car. I was told the driver would arrived last Sunday- nothing-- I then called them on Monday and Leanne again lied to me and told me that my car would be arriving THAT DAY- nothing-- and again no communication from the company or the driver.

I emailed both Joanne and Leanne and told them I was very upset and expected them to call me and educate me as to what was going on. No phone call from them and no email from them. I called Joanne who proceeded to laugh at me and tell me I was being abusive. (Believe me, I did not cuss, swear etc.. all I did was tell them that they were not doing their job and not communicating with me etc..) When I tried to hold Joanne accountable for their actions and lies she hung up on me SEVERAL TIMES. I finally requested the owners name and phone number which they have NOT provided.

They are incapable of dealing with any type of customer complaint, they don't try and work with the customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After Joanne tells me that the driver (who has never called me) won't be calling me ever, I get a call from a Mexican man whose English is so bad I honestly could not understand who was calling me. 
I had to piece together that the driver was broken down in IOWA. (now how could a driver in IOWA deliver a car in Seattle last Sunday or Monday?) So at this point I'm beyond livid. I've missed work waiting for a delivery all because Leanne lied to me and chose to lie to me rather than telling me the truth. So I'm without a car that's stuck in IOWA with someone who can't speak english and their truck transmission has failed. This auto shipping company that hangs up on me when I need their help and intervention and won't disclose the name and phone number of the owner of "Parker Auto Transport".


So to repeat this company (when I called in and asked when I could expect delivery of my car) blatently lied to me and gave out false and misleading information. Which in a word is FRAUD. This company doesn't bother to find out where a drivers location is they just pull answers out of their back side and hand it to customers who have no choice but to trust what they saying.

I could not believe a company could be that stupid and so incredibly disrespectful to customers.

Because of their lies and deceit regarding delivery of my car it cost me additional time, additional monies and left me without a car for an extended period of time. 


I hope everyone who reads this gets the picture here.

The owners rebuttal of "I know you are but what am I" routine is beyond tired, juvinille and she takes absolutely no responsibility for the actions of both herself and her employees. Which from just a business standpoint is classic mismanagement and a lack of an ability to accurately access the situation and make the proper adjustments, apologies and taking ownership of the situation.

BLAME THE CUSTOMER and then BLAME THEM SOMEMORE seems to be Joanne's response to consumer complaints. Also when you disagree with her "your being abusive". Really? If she thinks my holding them accoutable for their actions is abusive then that's a pretty poor excuse for very poor customer service.

So potential customers it's YOUR hard earned money you're spending here. I'm taking the time to warn you not to use this company for your own well being, your time and so you'll find an auto moving company that actually values it's customers, the money their spending, and their large investments in their cars that need to be moved here and there. Please take the time to investigate the auto moving company you're interested in hiring.

Do your due diligence and go with the company that treats it's customers in an honest and honorable way. Unfortunately for me it wasn't Parker Auto Transport with owner "Joanne" at the helm.

Have you ever heard the saying "Be careful what you say about other people - because you are usually talking about yourself"
When you place an order with us, it is done online and YOU enter in who the pickup and delivery contacts will be. As you are well aware, the driver had mechanical issues. As for Leanne intentionally lying to you, why would she do that? What purpose does that serve? As for not responding to your emails; all your correspondence and mine are electronically recorded, date and time stamped in your file.

07/02/13 6:13 pm Philip, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. You are correct, the driver will not contact you for pickup. You are only listed as the delivery contact person. The driver will only contact David to schedule pickup as only David is listed as the contact for pickup. Everyone works and we understand. We NEVER ask a customer to take time off work. I am not clear why you felt that you needed to take time off work? I totally agree with you about the driver not calling you to inform you that he is running behind schedule. It is just common courtesy and I would be upset also. I have sent them an email and I will be following up with them shortly. 07/02/13 6:14 pm Philip, As I was trying to explain to you before you hung up on me The driver will not call you for pickup because you are not listed as the pickup contact You emailed Leanne on 6/26 and she responded regarding your ESTIMATED DELIVERY. I am trying to educate you on what the procedure is. For you to call me up and be abusive is uncalled for. After speaking with you, I understand WHY the driver is not calling you. 07/02/13 6:37 pm Philip, I am also on my cell phone rolling down the highway. We were going thru a canyon where service was in and out. I chose not answer your call after speaking to you the first time. I did not feel that your abuse was warrant. To call me up and be so nasty and so hateful was totally uncalled for. I have never treated you like that! You are correct, you are the person that placed the order and gave us the contact and delivery information. Per your instructions, the driver was instructed to contact David L Schlafer. You are listed as the delivery contact only I don't think that you were intentionally lied to. Please keep in mind that we are dealing with mechanically equipment. Good example is I went to go to the store this morning and my battery is dead in my car. Break downs happen as much as we preferred that they don’t. This is the first that I am hearing about the truck being broke down. I spoke to one of the drivers this morning and he told me that he would contact you which he did. I am also not happy that to hear that he is broke down and not only did not contact you with status but he has never contacted me either. As for speaking to the owner = MJ Parker Trucking / Parker Auto Transport = M. Joanne Parker = owner - 480-628-0391 Please be advise that my employees have been instructed to refer you to me. I do not feel that ANYONE paid enough money to take abuse.
