I picked this company because of "online" reviews but my experience with them to date has been a nightmare. I personally placed this order yet they did not put my name and number on the order as the contact person for the driver AND apparently they don't have the mental capacity to change any information on a transport order. (Unbelievable but true)...
This company NEVER contacted me when they picked up my car.
I've had to call THEM for any information regarding my car shipment. I've been lied to regarding delivery of my car. I was told the driver would arrived last Sunday- nothing-- I then called them on Monday and Leanne again lied to me and told me that my car would be arriving THAT DAY- nothing-- and again no communication from the company or the driver.
I emailed both Joanne and Leanne and told them I was very upset and expected them to call me and educate me as to what was going on. No phone call from them and no email from them. I called Joanne who proceeded to laugh at me and tell me I was being abusive. (Believe me, I did not cuss, swear etc.. all I did was tell them that they were not doing their job and not communicating with me etc..) When I tried to hold Joanne accountable for their actions and lies she hung up on me SEVERAL TIMES. I finally requested the owners name and phone number which they have NOT provided.
They are incapable of dealing with any type of customer complaint, they don't try and work with the customer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. After Joanne tells me that the driver (who has never called me) won't be calling me ever, I get a call from a Mexican man whose English is so bad I honestly could not understand who was calling me.
I had to piece together that the driver was broken down in IOWA. (now how could a driver in IOWA deliver a car in Seattle last Sunday or Monday?) So at this point I'm beyond livid. I've missed work waiting for a delivery all because Leanne lied to me and chose to lie to me rather than telling me the truth. So I'm without a car that's stuck in IOWA with someone who can't speak english and their truck transmission has failed. This auto shipping company that hangs up on me when I need their help and intervention and won't disclose the name and phone number of the owner of "Parker Auto Transport".
So to repeat this company (when I called in and asked when I could expect delivery of my car) blatently lied to me and gave out false and misleading information. Which in a word is FRAUD. This company doesn't bother to find out where a drivers location is they just pull answers out of their back side and hand it to customers who have no choice but to trust what they saying.
I could not believe a company could be that stupid and so incredibly disrespectful to customers.
Because of their lies and deceit regarding delivery of my car it cost me additional time, additional monies and left me without a car for an extended period of time.
I hope everyone who reads this gets the picture here.
PLEASE DO NOT CONTRACT THIS COMPANY TO MOVE YOUR CAR!!
