Parker Webster, Computer Surplus Outlet, CSO Ripoff Steals more than Money Henderson Nevada

I began my very first online ordering with Computer Surplus Outlet (CSO) in 08/02, again in 11/2002 and thus began my customer loyalty to them. Another order followed in 07/2003. Those orders help me to establish a confidence in online ordering. However, my most recent order made on 11/13/2004 with CSO has blasted a humongous hole in that loyalty. Because of the timely shipments on previous orders, I grew too trust worthy. When I had not been notified by CSO of when my order had been shipped, I began tracking the order's shipment status.

After a (Mon through Fri)week of "Approved" order status, I sent CSO an eMail seeking a reply from CSO on when my order would be shipped. A gut-wrenching feeling began to tear apart even more my trust in online ordering. When I did not receive their reply within the 72hrs as clearly stated at their website, I contacted my creditor. I have since then eMailed ALL the departments of CSO to notify them how I felt and would no longer recommend their company to friends as a great place to get great deals on computers, parts and such. Simply put, CSO has stolen my money AND kept the merchandise for resale. Therefore, to ALL that have found this Rip-Off Report website I say: KEEP AWAY from CSO. Use your favorite search engine to find other websites and USE Rip-Off Report to find out the HONESTY of EACH website. CHOOSE your place of business carefully and KEEP in business ONLY those that demonstrate HONESTY to the fullest ALWAYS!!!
