Pars Cars sales United Auto Acceptence This was my first time purchasing a vechicle and was assured after the financing process that i would come out with a realiable car, the experince was not a good one. Morrow, Georgia

I'm a female who was buying a  car for the first time.  I and i was taking advantage of the salesman gave me three options of cars to choose from nothing compared to what i was liked nor wanted.  The salesman  kept rushing me to buy a car that i did not want. And because i needed a car to get back and fourth to work the salesman stated that was the best deal for my money and that  there was more cars coming in,in a couple days and that i could come back and choose and smaller car if i purchased the car he wanted me to buy, the car's air condition did not work and also the breaks and oil gasket needed to be changed.

The salesman stated to bring the car back and gave me a statment so i may change the car to smaller car and a invoice for me to bring the car back to be serviced.  The salesman stated that some more cars should have came in by then for me to choose another car that i may like. The salesman guareteed me everything under the sun! When i came back in two days the salesman was not there and i was left to deal with someone else, even though i had everthing in writting i was forced to keep the car and was not giving no more choices fo veiw any more cars. I was lead to go to the repairs dept. and that was the only paper work Pars Cars would offer me!

I was very,very upset and dissapointed that i brought that car. When I went to the repairs dept i was there all day and the staff was not professional at all i was imformed that the air condition unit had a leak and the mechanic stated he put freeon in and it kept leaking out and stated that if i wanted it fixed that i would have to pay $150.00 for the part and they would put it on for free! Can you believe that!! It stated in the invoice that to bring the car to Pars Cars in (2) days and they would fix All the Repairs. Then the brakes, the mechanic stated the the brakes was not all the way worn out so he did not put new brakes in he stated that he only put the oil gasket on.

I asked for the invoice back so i could have a copy and was told that i could not get it back. I never felt so CHEATED in my life. Pars Cars left a nasty taste in my mouth. I had put up with smoothering heat in the summer of 2009, thats when i brought the car. However, i did not have the money at the time to buy the part for the air conditioning unit so i had to deal with it. My car payments were always paid in advance of my scheduled dates each month and when after 6mos of having the car and being overcharge (RIPPED OFF) for the cost of the car, I went back to Pars Cars to see if i could down size and having EXCELLENT payments in advance that maybe they would honor that.

I was told that i would have to give Pars Cars and additional $2,500 dollars to downsize and then they'll take the car that i purchased from them to downsize to a smaller vechicle the car was just as i purchased it from them. I was not in position to pay what was asked, At this time I really Knew then did not care anything about their customers they just wanted your money and did not care how they got it. I went to United Auto Acceptance where Pars Cars do their finance and paid my last car note in advance and explained to them due to hardship i am voluntering re-prossessing of the car.  I would not be abe to keep the car due to hardship.

I was told by U.A.A. that for me to take the car (because of the bad car theft area they were in) to my residence and they would come pick the car up at no cost to me and that they will sell the car and and i would not be responsible for the car. Next thing i know i got a letter stating that Pars Cars are suing me and threatning  to garnish my check from my Employer. This EXPERINCE with Pars Cars has Caused me NOTHING but GRIEF. PARS CARS Will take full ADVANTAGE of People who for the first time buying a Car!! AT LEAST THAT'S MY EXPERINCE WITH THEM!!!! I ADVISED ANYONE TO BRING SOMEONE WITH YOU WHO KNOWS AND HAS EXPERINCE WITH BUYING A CAR!!!!!!!!
