The following is an addendum and correction of facts to Minor White's Support of Jeri Sunok.

Minor, it is sad when a 10-year relationship ends in such unneccessary bitterness and jealousy. This is a business website, your posting is personal and doesn't really belong here. You have chosen to comment innaccurately on events in which you were not involved, and of which you have no direct knowledge. I prefer truth, so here are the facts which will clarify what you have posted:

Reality yes, we all see things from our own perspective. However, differing perspectives do not change the facts. Your emotions from our breakup are getting in your way. You are neither a psychologist nor a philosopher, and your comments are emotional, not factual.

Seniors Website I freely gave you my time on that project, no charge, as a favor. When we split up, I gave you the website because you asked for it. You never even bothered to thank me for my time. It was a quick and easy breakup, and you did not take any steps to protect yourself, stop being so dramatic.

NSDREI I volunteered for this group for 13 months, providing an interim website for free, for which they were very appreciative, generous and gracious. They now have a permanent website, and have repeatedly expressed their gratitude for my assistance. No friendships were lost; but you wouldn't know that because you were never involved.

MPC643 Your treatment of people is reckless and rude. Kicking people to the curb for no reason is not my style. You ended communications, not I. As partners, we had mutually agreed that this website served no future purpose, and had agreed to let it go. It was no longer in use, and you didn't want it at the time. No harm was done, nothing was taken from you, and you have no valid complaint. You simply changed your mind. Stop holding on to the past.

Gay Porno Site The gay porno site was your idea, sorry it didn't work out as you had hoped, but it's not my fault. My heart was never in that project. Again, you never thanked me for my time.

Property I am honestly unaware of any property of yours I may have. My contact information has not changed, and you've had nearly a year since the breakup to mention this. If you will email me specifics, I will have them shipped to you, or will reimburse you for replacement value. Our separation was your choice, so naturally you will pay for postage.


Now, it's time to accept responsibility for your decisions and move on with your life. Stop placing blame for your own actions on other people. You ended this, so accept it. Grow up, and good riddance.

This report is submitted in support of Jeri Sunok's business complaint against Michael Collins; aka; Myke, Wolf, etc. Myke Wolf Collins has a history of treating people like the way he treated Jeri Sunok. And yes he can and will mess up other people's interest in websites.

Michael has a problem knowing FACTS because his reality is his own reality, not other people's reality. He cannot even see himself in a mirror because he cannot see the real person reflected in the mirror. Michael is loaded with clichs to support his fantasies. When Michael said in his response: That is quite a chip you carry on your shoulder, it must be pretty heavy this is typical of how Michael sees his customers.

When I relieved Michael of helping me with my senior's website, he turned instantly nasty and shut off all forms of communications and yes, he did not return to me all of my property. This is the second time he has not returned my property to me. The first time his ex-partner, James Pagano, returned my property to me as they were breaking up. Just like Jeri, I have had to take several steps to protect myself from Michael.

Maybe Jeri is the first customer that Michael has fired but plenty of customers have had to fire Michael. The North San Diego Real-estate Investment (NSDREI) group summarily dismissed Michael from their website project. They now have a nice looking, cleanly functioning website no thanks to Michael. Not only did Michael lose the NSDREI project, he lost several friends in the process.

Michael has an astronomy friend Karen Cilevitz who is filled with love for people. I have asked Karen Cilevitz to please help Michael with his problems. Apparently Karen Cilevitz has also failed.

Michael was one-third owner of the MPC643 astronomy website and had passwords to the site. Upon shutting off communications with me, he hijacked the site by changing the passwords so that I could not edit the site. And then Michael didn't even have the $60.00 to renew the site and had to let it go back to a web farm. Michael does not have the resources to back up his commitments. I have the website back up as www.mpc643.com no thanks to Michael.

A recent web business created by Michael to sell gay porno DVDs did not make a single sale off of the web. If Michael cannot succeed with his own web business, how can anyone expect him to help others succeed? The blessing for the business community is that Michael has given up his PARTHENON venture as yet another business failure.

I do not know what Michael's beef is with Jeri's physical training. Michael was gaining weight before he went to Jeri. He also bragged and bragged about how great Jeri's physical training was for him. Michael's reaction to Jeri's training is psychotic.

Eloquently stated (not!), but just a wee bit shy of facts, so let's clear that up now:

I do not owe you anything. I handled your project both legally and ethically. There was no harm nor loss, monetary or otherwise, to your business only to your ego.

FACT: I ended your website project as a direct result of your inability to decide what you wanted. Demanding a complete redesign for free, when the website was nearly completed to your original specification, was unacceptable. The fact that you were becoming belligerent certainly made that decision easier. Your frustration was due to your inability to decide and effectively express what you wanted, not my ability to provide it.

FACT: The project was terminated as provided for in our Agreement, which we both signed. You were properly notified as specified in the Agreement, and you confirmed receipt of that notification.

FACT: You were offered all your passwords immediately upon cancellation, and all your materials were shipped back to you within 10 days of cancellation. Your pre-existing website was still intact. You received everything that is yours, and in a timely fashion.

FACT: As a sign of goodwill, I also gave you hundreds of dollars worth of materials I purchased from my own budget for your website, including stock photography and graphics, web hosting and services, etc.

FACT: Our Agreement clearly states that the deposit is non-refundable. You were entitled to all the design work completed at the time of cancellation, but you didn't want it, because you had already changed your mind.

FACT: Your website was nearly completed, as specified in our Agreement, with extras above and beyond our original scope, at the time your website project was terminated.

FACT: Based upon our Agreement, you owe me a balance for the extra work and re-designs, should I choose to invoice you. All the changes and hours are in my log to support this invoice per our Agreement.

FACT: I stopped personal fitness training with you because I was gaining weight, not losing it, and that was my primary goal. I had to hire a different personal trainer to lose the weight I gained during our workouts.

FACT: You breached a copyright agreement when you offered me an illegal copy of said diet software, so I wouldn't mention that if I were you.

FACT: In 20 years and 400 clients, you were the first I had to fire. That says plenty about both you and I.

FACT: I owe you absolutely nothing, and throwing a tantrum on a website is not going to change that. There is simply nothing left to resolve.

FACT: My name is Michael Collins. I have not changed my name, and I own only one business. Calling me a scam artist is conspiratorial and beyond ridiculous. I am an honest and hard-working programmer, and I have retired from website design to focus on Tiki Dating.com, my newest venture.

I have tried several attempts to contact Myke Collins who recently changed his name to Myke Wolf with emails, certified letters, phone messages and he never responded to resolve. I inoformed him I can only assume at this point you are not willing to get this resolved outside the court / legal system. I now have someone else doing my website so I do not Myke's work just my money back in full adding now to $6,796- see details below.

What he sent me in the mail per my request was not complete. You still have the list of documents, scans, certifications, the web site content I paid for. In a nutshell, between trade and monies you received: YOU, Myke Wolf-Collins, got over $6,796, however, I, Jeri Sunok, am left with NOTHING to show for my monies and time! What was agreed to in the contract and verbally with Dan Howard present as my witness, was $6,000 to do the website. 50% was in cash and 50% was in trade for me to provide you workout sessions / fitness consultations. I have paid you $1500 upfront and the rest was due on completion of the site.

We agreed that I would continue to train you to pay for part of phase two but on your own without my consent or agreement from me or Dan Howard (acting as my assistance) you STOPPED WORKING and left me with NOTHING! In addition, you still have hard copy material of mine. I will add monies to case to retrieve new copies if not received by you.

So to break this down so it is clear. Heres an outline:
1. Myke Wolf aka Collins, you, were trained in full for 3 months as part of the agreement. That is $1,500 a month (which included exercise equipment, some gym fees and consulting, diet software) X 3 months =$4,500*. I completed my end of the agreement. You were trained in full and saw results. I have written proof from you and other witnesses (clients who will attest to this).
2. Myke Collins, I, Jeri Sunok, paid you $1,500 of the $3000 for work done on the site and I have NOTHING to show for it as you terminated the contract before completion. You even cut off my access to view the site or get any of the content that you state in your contract that I am entitled to.
3. You, Myke Wolf aka Collins, have not fulfilled your end of the agreement. Being that you terminated the contract without any legal and proper reason (I told you I wanted a different design and was willing to hire outside help but you emotional panic versus listening to me the customer needs/ reasonable request). So the $1500 on completion is no longer part of the agreement as the website is not complete. However, I trained you in full for an additional 3rd month as part of phase 2 agreement that never came to fruition at a rate of $1,500 for the month*. This rate includes some gym fees, and diet software as a package specially offered to you. which all adds up to $6,786 including consulting fees etc..
4. Now I simply want my money. I had asked to resolve this by giving me all scans, docs, written material that you have done and I have given you for the website mailed to me - 3rd Request no action from you).
5. This monies shall be in cashier check as Myke seems to have alias names and new business online (WARNING EVERYONE) I think Myke Wolf-Collins is involved in many rip-offs, scam companies he builds through the internet. CAREFUL! I have filed complaints with BBB and other associations of Myke Wolf aka Myke Collins improper business conduct.
