I got into partnership a with Robin Curry and his wife Skylar Curry everything was going good in the beginning. With time I felt like I was carrying more than the share of the work. Both Robin and his wife have seem to lost interest in the business and it was like a pressure for me on the other hand! Whenever any meeting was held they seem to always disagree with my ideas. I focused on how to help both of them to grow the business. But they never cooperated with my thinking. Doing partnership with them was like getting into more mess. No proper organizational behavior was followed in the company.The team of people working were not at all motivated towards their work!

The employees always complained about not receiving their pay on time and the main problem was with their performance appraisal and incentives which they did not receive at all! All complained about the hardwork they were doing and not receiving anything. It was so frustrating and disappointing for every employee.

It was a very big mistake that I did by entering into a partnership with Robin and Skylar. I spoke to both of them one fine day to discuss all what is happening around! When the discussion started they all started to blame on me saying that after getting into a partnership with them. The business started to run badly because of me and nothing was going in the right way just because of me! They started playing the blame game! I invested $30,000 to enter into a partnership with them and at the end I am the one going through lot of loss!! I FINALLY DECIDED I WOULD WALK OUT OF THIS PARTNERSHIP AND CLAIM THE MONEY I HAVE INVESTED IN THEIR BUSINESS!!
