Partsguy.com pgisupply.com Partsguy.com delivered the wrong part and once I reported their mistake they will not respond to my phone calls or emails. Traverse City Michigan

I called Partsguy.com (pgisupply.com) on 6-8-17 to order part #107000015 for my Rinnai water heater. The rep answered my call immediately. 

The wrong part was delivered. They sent me part #104000029. I called back on 6-12-17 and the rep answered immediately.

He claimed that the part they sent was different but compatible. I explained that the wiring harness connections were not compatible. He said he would call Rinnai headquarters and get back to me.

After three days I began calling and leaving telephone messages. From that point I never had a call answered---just answering machine. I left numerous messages and two weeks and also sent emails to the address posted on their website. I have not been able to get any response by telephone or email.

Evidently, Partsguy.com (pgisupply.com) is not interested in discussing a refund.

We did not deliver the wrong part, the customer ordered the wrong part which he wanted to return.  The logistics of getting it back since it was special ordered were difficult and we dropped the ball and he has legitimate concerns.  

He raised so much cain we just gave him back the full purchase amount to make him go away, and lost a great deal of money on the transaction.
