Party Time ripoff at badtime Baton Rouge Louisiana

My daughter had a premature baby 4 months early on Jan. 6th. her second's child's birthday was to be the next week. To make a long story short, they ask me the night before to go and have the party for them since they weren't going to make it.They live 4 hrs. away !

I hurried into party Time and got all the supplies I would need for my 5 yr. old grandaughter's party to include a pink teddy bear and a disco ball that I thought my other upcoming birthday child might like. As we are driving down the road, I pulled the teddy bear out and it's zipper was broke, so I left it in the bag , the disco box had been untaped but didn't seem like anything was missing ??? it has a lilight for it .

I tried to retun the bear, the disco ball and helium tank, still in the unsealed box. They didn't believe me about the bear, and told me they couln't take the other things back. I ask where the signs or on the ticket does it let you know that. They said they did not take back electronics and too many numerous things to list anywhere My bill was over $300 for a 5 year old birtday party for 24 kids and a disco ball .
