Party Xpressions wouldn't answer my calls or e-mail expect for once when I told then I was going to report them on why my order still pending Internet

I had order 200 Rosettes and 24 cold porcalain bears to make 200 capias. after a week I went on the website to check on why I didn't get my order and seen it was pending.

I had called around noon time and got no answer and left a message. (the hours are from 9am - 6pm.) I had also e-mailed them asking and got nothing.

the next day I had called again and got no answer. this was a friday and I waited til the next day and e-mailed them when I got no answer.

Come monday I had called still no answer and then I sent them an e-mail telling them if they don't give me an answer on what's going on with my order and told them to call me.. that I was going to report them to you "ripoff" the better business and news 12.. 

By that night I had got an e-mail saying that my order was pending because my cold porcalin bears was back order and that it will be sent out on froday (today) Told them that most company will send part of an order and explain that part of my order is back-ordered.

But again I looked online at my order and it's still pending, though I had called at 5;55pm to get no answer and they are not open again until monday. they also know that I had order this on the 18th and I have until the 7th of June (7 days now) to make 200 capias. and now is left having to quick get 200 favors for my daughter baby shower... I'm not a very happy grandma!!

I had also told them that if they can't send me my order, to tell me and refund my money and I will order from someone else.

so let see what they going to do now.
