PAS, Inc. Filtropur SFS Air Cleaner or Commercial Cleaning System A vacuum not intended for picking up pet hair? Grand Junction, Colorado

     We agreed to have a home show of a Defense Against Indoor Pollution demonstration of a Filtropur  SFS Air Cleaner and Commercial Cleaning System in our home.  It was  nice demonstration and the gentleman new his job.. unfortunately. He showed us how it worked and how easy it was etc, and yes we fell for it and bought the vacuum for 1,900.

      Well we got it couple days later and low and behold used it three times because it had to be put in shop due to a piece that popped off burnt and melted. We had to drive down for hour to drop off. Called few days later and was told it was cause the pet hair was wrapped around the end piece of the roller. Oh and get this not really meant to pick up pet hair. Duh like what is a vacuum for? What about a human hair lol. We drove back down  to pick it up and he said they put a new in proved piece that they updated on the machine. Fine and yes we have not had to replace yet and it has been 3 months now. 

     But the next flaw and this no joke every time we use the machine we have to take off the bottom of the plate where the roller is and where it sucks up the dirt and pet hair and human hair  it has to go around a corner and it doesn't like that so we have to take the plate off the bottom and unclog it every time we use it or it does not suck up the dirt, it just pushes it around. 

     Now does that sound like something you would like to spend almost 2 thousand dollars on and can not get out of the  contract but only 3 days.  Oh wait ours was in the shop then.  Yes we paid this off at the 3 months and regret it totally. Never will I recommend this or pay for another vacuum from a door man or even pay that much again. This was a total rip off...
