Pasadena Express Poor quality repair, bad calculation on the invoice, Overcharge, could never talk to manager. Unadilla, Georgia

Called for service with a class 8 semi stuck on the side of the road. Bad air compressor. Contracted Genessis for towing and repair of tractor, plus deliver our load to customer since it was time sensitive.

Genessis requested $ 1100 to take load to Orlando. Agreed and paid by comcheck. After about 10 minutes when we found out that their insurance was not good enough and they had no credentials to transport our trailer,so we canceled that. They claimed they already pumped the truck full of diesel and they can not return the com check, but they will apply the 1100 towards the repair of the truck.

The repair took 3 days instead of 4 hours labor. We lost the load  and the whole week of work. Drivers in the hotel. The day of the brakedown, we ordered part at the dealership and had it delivered by currier so the repair would be compleated the same day.  It took 2 days after that for a 4 hour job. 

Repair was finally compleated and we paid $ 1771,  that is in addition to the $ 1100 we paid initially. So total was $ 2871 for installing an air compressor ( part supplied by us) and 4 miles of towing. The arithmetic is all wrong on the bill, numbers don't ad up. There is a $ 500 mistake just from this, in top of all the overcharging.   I tried repeatedly to adress this issue with manager, we never got response.
