In oriantion I agreed to a maintance deduction of 250.00 a week for maintinace, but when my truck needed maintenance, I was  told that the only way I could use that fund was for major emergency break down and then only after it had reached 4000.00 dollars. Maintance was not considered a major emergency breakdown.

 

In orintation they gave me a hazmat card to allow me to haul small amounts of hazmat. I have to pass a test to get this card, everyone was given all the answers to the hazmat  test,  there is no training in hazmat in orientation.

 

I was told that it is not a forced dispatch job, But if you refuse the load you get put on the bottom of the list and get a lower paiying load  than the one you refused. 

 

I was given the lowest paying loads and when I could not make enough to pay the truck payment, I had to quit and was told i would get my final paycheck in two weeks, I got 0 dollars and when i called they just told me i was charged 5000.00 dollars because i quit before 9 months.

 

I was tols it was in my contract, page 8. I had read the entire contract in orintation, and did not see that. I asked for a cpoy and they refused to send me one. They would not supply a signed copy in orientation, told me it would be mailed to me. I have never recived the contract in the mail.
