Passages claims to accept insurance. First, they don't accept much. So out of pocket, paid the full amount with the expectation of getting most of it back from our insurance (BC/BS) who are generally very good on this. It took MONTHS and certified mail to get any documentation which was IMHO pathetic compared to reputable health care/ rehab facilities.

And if it is not the right place for you and feel you are not getting the care you need, tough! Money is non-refundable.

So, hardly the place to recommend for rehab. Think carefully about this place, then find somewhere else.
