Charged my c.c. for a copy of ebay program $1.95 on 31 Jan 2008; also charged my card $39.90 on 26th Jan 2008 for a program I did not want.

My request was for the one item 1.95 and now they charge me for other materials I don't want.

They don't give you a telephone number on charge card bill and are not telling you all the extras they add without your consent. I have read reports on ripoff about them and consider them a scam outfit. They go to jail....
