Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This "company" had the nerve to take $39.90 out of my checking account WITHOUT my permission. There is no phone number, no URL address, nothing to correspond with them. It is absolutely crazy that someone can take money out of your account without your permission. Would like to know how I can get my money back...should I report this to the BBB?

They will just waste your time. They might be useful in mediating local disputes but not something halfway across the country.
Just file a fraud complaint at your bank. It will probably take weeks to get your money back but better late than never.
